39. Father's Enemy, Jiro Nations Most Wanted

Hakaida challenges Kikaida but Kikaida can't destroy Hakaida without killing Dr. Komyoji's brain so Kikaida knocks Hakaida around a bit then retreats.

Angler Brown

Angler Brown uses multi-colored lights to attract then hypnotise young boys. Professor Gill plans to use 10 children to produce a new robitic monster.

Masaru believing that Jiro killed his father, becomes Hanpei's assistant, in order to capture Jiro. Jiro knocks Masaru and Hanpei down, just as Angler Brown is about to grab them, but because they did not see the monster they think Jiro tried to kill them. Saburo appears and challenges Jiro, who does not know that Saburo is Hakaida. Mitsuko (who also does not know that Saburo is Hakaida) tells Jiro not to fight with Saburo. Jiro, apparently thinking Mistuko has turned against him as well, runs off.

Saburo gives Masaru his "death whistle" telling him that next time he sees Kikaida he should blow the whistle and he will come to destroy Kikaida. The whistle also has a laser beam that stops all machinery.

One of Angler Brown's victims escapes and searches for Kikaida. He finds Jiro. They ride off in Sidemachine, the police chasing after them. Jiro loses the police, making it to Dark's base. Jiro frees the other children and defeats Angler Brown.
